Osong Bio Foundation refuses that e-mail addresses are collected without consent.
The Foundation refuses that the e-mail addresses posted on its website are collected without consent through an e-mail collecting program or other technical devices, and such violation will be subject to criminal penalty according to Article 50-2 of Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (Prohibiton on collecting e-mail address illegally).
- No one may collect e-mail addresses without consent through an e-mail collecting program or other technical devices from an internet homepage refusing that e-mail addresses are collected.
- No one may sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the first clause.
- No one may use e-mail addresses for delivering messages, knowing they are collected in violation of the first and second clauses.
